fic: In Cups of Coffee [Klaine]

It was early in November when Blaine came home from class and dropped down on the couch next to his boyfriend, lifting Kurt’s legs to sit down and draping them over his lap. “Hi, honey.” Kurt mumbled as he highlighted paragraphs in his textbook, “Long day?” he asked without looking up.

Blaine hummed, fingers rubbing absentminded circles along the slightly-exposed skin of Kurt’s ankle. “We should go to Ohio this weekend.”

um warning guys it mentions finn which is kind of sad and there’s some sexual content but it’s basically just fluffy baby related stuff so yeah yeah have fun xoxo

“Okay, sweetheart, you have to promise to be really quiet,” Blaine says after knocking gently on the door. “Even if she’s awake, everybody’s gonna be super sleepy, okay?” He looks at Maddie, who’s balanced on Kurt’s hip, clinging to Kurt’s scarf and nodding. She looks up at Kurt, who holds a finger up to her lips and she does the same to him.

“We promise, Daddy. Right, baby?”

She nods again.

“Shh!”

Blaine grins.

“Good girl.”

You Want My Meat, I Know It
prom night, nsfw

It had seemed like prom destiny: him with a key to a hotel room for the rest of the night, and a boyfriend whose hand had been massaging his thigh for the last ten minutes. Unfortunately, as Kurt pulled into the hotel’s parking lot and spotted Carole’s car near the entrance, he apparently hadn’t been the only one to think so.

"Finn and Rachel," Kurt groaned, resting his forehead against the steering wheel. Of course. They were already in the middle of commemorating their evening, no doubt.

"No, Kurt and Blaine," Blaine mumbled into his neck as he leaned over and began to pepper the skin there with kisses. Blaine had been a little slow on the uptake ever since he’d gotten into the punch.

"Finn and Rachel are in the hotel room," Kurt explained.

"Oh." Blaine stopped kissing his neck, so Kurt straightened up and glanced at him. He looked like he’d been mauled already, with his hair a frizzy mess and his tie undone, but Kurt had missed out on all the fun of mauling him. "Can we go to your house?"

"My parents are home."

"Mine too," Blaine said regretfully, as he took his hand off of Kurt’s thigh. Unfair! Kurt’s body cried out, from his heart to his burgeoning erection.

"Do you have any money?"

"I don’t have my wallet on me, it would’ve ruined the line of my suit."

Kurt sighed. “Me too.”

"Maybe we could wait until they’re done?"

Kurt wrinkled his nose. “I’m sure you’ll realize in a minute how gross that suggestion is.”

Klaine Fic: Fingerpainting

this is h’s fault sorry i’m on a daddy!klaine roll i can’t help myself

shout out to tames and eva for reasons that will become painfully obvious

Blaine absent-mindedly scrubs his hair dry as he walks down the stairs and into the kitchen, only to see the floor covered in newspaper and almost trip over his paint-splattered husband. Kurt’s too busy giggling and talking nonsense to the little girl in front of him to notice. She’s standing, despite the occasional wobble, and bending down to press splodges of colour onto squares of card.

Her white cardigan, embroidered with bumblebees, has splashes of paint all over it, but these days she refuses to wear anything else.

Klaine Fic: The F Word

legallyblained:

so this picture gave me super gross feelings ew

Something feels off. Blaine keeps blinking as he tries to figure it out, what feels different, why the room seems a little strange, and just as he lifts his head up, he realises.

This is the first time in weeks he hasn’t been woken up by screaming.

For half a second it makes him panic - if Alex isn’t crying, something must be wrong - but he glances at the clock and sees that it’s only 2:45. The baby won’t wake up until 3. This is just the first time Blaine’s beaten him to it.

Normally he would force himself back to sleep, try to soak up every minute of silence he can, but it’s Sunday. He’s got all day to sleep, but only a few more minutes of his two favourite boys snoring and drooling and looking painfully beautiful.

Subject: Grader Information

Hello current and future graders,

I hope your winter breaks are refreshing you for next semester, and that you will all have a good holiday. I know that it’s early, but I wanted to catch any of you before you did exciting things with your time off and forgot about your commitment.

We’ll be having our first meeting the first week back (I can tell you are all thrilled to be reminded of school again so soon), so please be sure not to double book yourself. If, for whatever reason, you are no longer interested in grading for me next semester, please send me an email as soon as possible to let me know.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact either me or Tina (tinacc@umail.uca.edu).

Happy Holidays!

Professor Blaine D. Anderson
English Department, University of California

Annie wanted a You’ve Got Mail!AU and I’ve been wanting to write one for ages so I kind of rambled this out. It does in fact take place when dial up was a thing because I wanted to write Kurt waiting to sign on.

Kurt shuffles out of the bathroom to a near silent apartment, save for the beeping of the coffee maker and the muted sounds from the street below. Walking towards the kitchen, he takes a moment to peer down the hall towards the front door where he sees hooks devoid of coats and a bowl with only one set of keys, no signs of someone else being home. He pours himself a cup of coffee and walks back to the living room, double checking he’s alone and has a few moments of privacy.

He walks over the the bay window pushes them open, the crisp autumn air immediately flowing into his apartment, a slight chill and the smell of New York in the fall washing over him. He takes a moment to look out on the brownstone lined street as he sips his coffee, people walking by on their way to work or school, trees swaying in the breeze.

Okay. Maybe it’s all this talk of ‘only death will part us now’, but I’ve written the end of Kurt and Blaine. My ending. And it’s not a break-up. Warnings for character death and a distinct lack of proper sentences or punctuation. Just under 700 words.

You’ve Got Mail!Klaine part 2. Part 1 is here

Blaine adjusts the knot of his tie in the mirror and smooths down the front of his white oxford shirt, despite the fact that it will inevitably wrinkle when he sits down for coffee, before turning and walking to the kitchen. He stops at his desk and picks up his laptop, depositing it on the table on his way to the sink.

He grabs his favorite mug from the hooks installed on the wall above the sink, his large coffee shop style Columbia mug with a small chip on the handle, and pours himself a cup of coffee. After grabbing a croissant from the Patisserie Claude box on the counter, Blaine settles into his chair and opens his laptop, signing online and smiling when he hears “you’ve got mail.” Opening the message, he begins to read.
